Return and Refund Policy - Xpressmall Group of Companies

At Xpressmall Group of Companies, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional business consultation and rental services. To ensure transparency and satisfaction, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below. Please review the policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes to our services.


1. General Policy

  • This Return and Refund Policy applies to all business consultation and rental services provided by Xpressmall Group of Companies.
  • The policy covers cancellation requests, refunds, and service changes.
  • By engaging our services, clients agree to this policy.

2. Business Consultation Services

2.1. Cancellation of Consultation Services

  • Clients can cancel consultation services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total consultation fee.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the consultation fee.

2.2. Refunds for Consultation Services

  • If a cancellation request is made before the 48-hour window, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Consultation services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

2.3. Rescheduling Consultations

  • Clients may request to reschedule their consultation appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.

3. Rental Services (Commercial & Residential)

3.1. Lease Agreement Termination

  • Clients may terminate their rental agreement according to the terms outlined in the signed lease contract.
  • For early termination of a lease, clients must provide a written notice of 30 days before the desired termination date.
  • Early termination fees may apply as specified in the lease agreement.

3.2. Refund of Security Deposit

  • A security deposit refund will be processed within 30 days after the end of the lease term, provided that:
    • There are no damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
    • All outstanding rental payments and fees are cleared.
    • The property is returned in a clean and satisfactory condition.
  • Deductions may be made from the security deposit for any repairs or cleaning required.

3.3. Refunds for Prepaid Rent

  • If a rental agreement is terminated early with proper notice, any prepaid rent for the remaining period (beyond the required notice period) will be refunded within 15 days after termination.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Disputes and Resolution

  • In the event of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, clients are encouraged to contact our customer support team at [customer support email or phone number].
  • Our team will review the request and aim to resolve the issue within 10 business days.
  • For unresolved disputes, clients may pursue mediation as outlined in their agreement or contract.
